One Magical Christmas campaign
The challenge set by Leicester City Council's One Leicester team was to design a Christmas campaign that is multicultural, able to work across many formats and be, above all else, stylish.
Central to the ‘One Magical Christmas in Leicester’ campaign is the event guide, a 32 page brochure listing the many events taking place in and around Leicester during the Christmas period. The guide uses a series of characters and illustrations developed for the campaign and 22,000 were printed and distributed to multiple venues across Leicester and surrounding areas.
The ‘One Magical Christmas in Leicester’ campaign imagery has been used across advertising, posters and formed the basis for the Leicester Mercury's Christmas newspaper supplement.
